The Gender Harassment Committee is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all members of the institution. We address complaints of sexual harassment, gender discrimination, and related issues with sensitivity, confidentiality, and fairness in accordance with legal guidelines and institutional policies.

Committee Members & Structure

The Gender Harassment Committee comprises diverse members from various departments to ensure unbiased and comprehensive handling of complaints. The committee operates in strict compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and investigate complaints of sexual harassment
Conduct inquiries in a time-bound manner
Ensure confidentiality throughout the process
Recommend appropriate action to authorities
Organize awareness programs on gender sensitivity
Maintain records and submit annual reports
